Shannon Cyr has been with Network Real Estate Partners for over a decade. Her role as Regional Director of DFW is to generate new business for the brokerage and promote our brand throughout the DFW Metroplex. She also holds a Texas Real Estate Salesman license and is well-versed in all areas of a buying or selling transaction. She oversees our relocation department in the Dallas area, and helps create marketing campaigns and best practices to maintain our position as one of the preeminent full-service brokerage firms in the state.

Shannon holds a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX and a Masters Degree in Psychology from Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA.

Her background in psychology helps her easily relate to her clients' needs and also gives her a competitive edge during negotiations because she can anticipate the opposing parties' strengths and weaknesses easily. Home sales and purchases are highly emotional transactions for many people and her expertise allows her to give the attention that such an important decision deserves.

"I have always loved looking at homes. It started in middle school when builders began to tear down the older homes in my neighborhood and started to build larger two-story homes all throughout the Park Cities. I would go in all the new homes with my next-door neighbor and look at the construction and floorplans and imagine what it would look like when it was completed and we would imagine ourselves living there.
Whether it is a first home, investment property, vacation home, or your next home, it is easy to feel stressed and overwhelmed. Having extensive experience in both mortgage lending and real estate sales allows me to help clients feel at ease throughout all phases of the transaction and to give them moments of levity when they are needed most.
