Shannon Cyr has been with Network Real Estate Partners for over a decade. Her role as Director of Relocation is to help both locals and corporate relocation clientele acclimate to their new area with ease. She conducts extensive research on their new locations, provides detailed reports on schools and properties, and works carefully within their corporate guidelines to maximize any relocation benefits that apply in their scenarios. She is a strong negotiator and very detailed. She also holds a Texas Real Estate Salesman license and is well-versed in all areas of a buying or selling transaction.
Shannon holds a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX and a Masters Degree in Psychology from Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA.
Her background in psychology helps her easily relate to her clients' needs and also gives her a competitive edge during negotiations because she can anticipate the opposing parties' strengths and weaknesses easily. Home sales and purchases are highly emotional transactions for many people and her expertise allows her to give the attention that such an important decision deserves.
"I have always loved looking at homes. It started in middle school when builders began to tear down the older homes in my neighborhood and started to build larger two-story homes all throughout the Park Cities. I would go in all the new homes with my next-door neighbor and look at the construction and floorplans and imagine what it would look like when it was completed and we would imagine ourselves living there.
